Refund & Return Policy

At Verayaa, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations are natural and add to their uniqueness.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is damaged during delivery
• You receive the wrong item
• The product has a manufacturing defect

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Customized or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Products without original packaging
• Items returned after the return window

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at info@verayaa.com
2. Mention your Order ID.
3. Attach photographs of the product.
4. Our support team will review the request within 48 hours.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer after verifying your account details.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged:

• Do not discard the packaging.
• Take photographs immediately.
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
